As we celebrate our second anniversary, we have many milestones to highlight. Here are some of the top achievements over the past year:
- We’ve doubled our hosted volumes across users, accounts, and companies, demonstrating the trust and confidence clients have in us and our composable digital business banking solution. Banking customers are delivering value to their customers through our platform, and we’re committed to continuing to deliver exceptional value to each one of them.
- This year, we successfully migrated all our hosting operations to our new cloud native platform with Amazon Web Services (AWS) . This major step forward has enhanced the scalability, security, and performance of our services, allowing us to quickly adapt and scale to meet the needs of the growing customer base. The migration to AWS is just one example of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients.
- To better serve our diverse banking customers, we introduced new deployment models: Dragonfly Digital, Dragonfly as a Service, and Dragonfly Embedded Banking. These options are designed to offer flexibility, agility, and ease of use, enabling banks to control and enhance their customers’ experience. In addition, we also expanded our Fintech Integration Center, allowing banks to quickly connect to popular FinTech applications like QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, Xero, Quicken, Sage, and more.
- A particularly exciting highlight was signing the largest new partner to date—a top 12 U.S. commercial bank. Partnering with such a prestigious institution validates our technology and approach, and we’re eager to embark on this journey with them. Together we are well on our way to their launch in less than 12 months from contract to go live.
- Additionally, we entered a strategic partnership with CSI to deliver Universal Online Banker to US community banks and credit unions. This collaboration aims to bring innovative digital business banking solutions to the institutions that need them most, enhancing their services and helping them better serve their communities.
- We are also honored to have been named Startup of the Year by the US Fintech Awards. This recognition is a testament to the hard work, innovation, and passion our team brings every day.
